PROCEDURE DETAILS
Pt had previous mastopexy / breast lift with the addition of implants. Her implants had bottomed out. Pt also developed contracture. Breast lift was performed while removing and replacing breast implants. Capsulectomy was performed to treat contracture. Dermal slings were used bilateraly to reinforce implant pocket to prevent bottoming out again. Identifying marks are blocked out to preserve the patient's identity.

BREAST LIFT & IMPLANT REVISION
Pt had previous breast lift (mastopexy) with the addition of implants. Her implants had bottomed out and pt also developed contracture. Breast lift was revised with the removal and replacement of her breast implants. Capsulectomy was performed during the surgery in order to treat her contracture. Dermal slings were used bilaterally to reinforce the breast pockets and keep the implants from botttoming out again.
