Dr. Kristi Sumpter opened Winds of Change Cosmetic Surgery Specialists in Houston at the Jones Road location in January 2003. Her attention to detail are apparent not only in the appearance of the Winds of Change office, but also in the quality of her staff.

Tina Ware Lowery joined our office in 2006. She is an integral part of most everything we do. She may be the face and voice you hear most of all. She manages our front office and reception. Tina is knowledgeable, hard working and has earned high regard from patients since she started. Growing up and remaining in Houston, many of you may already know her. She gets that quite a bit.

Tasha Picciarelli rejoins our staff as a medical aesthetician. Tasha originally worked with us in 2004 – 2005 before moving to Dallas. She has since moved back and until now has worked with another Houston plastic surgeon. Tasha has worked as an aesthetician since 2002. Her experience includes working with a variety of lasers and IPL machines for the treatment of various skin conditions including the treatment of wrinkles, discoloration (brown and red spots) and laser hair reduction / removal. She has received specialty training in paramedical advanced skin care, medical microdermabrasion, acne grades I, II, III & IV, pigmentation disorders, glycolic, lactic & salicylic chemical peels, aging skin, chemical resurfacing, nutrition & skin health, free radicals & anti-oxidants and TCA peels.
