Winds of Change offers Saturday consultations with Dr. Sumpter. These consultations can include elective cosmetic surgery, Botox and / or cosmetic fillers. We know at times it is difficult to get off of work or take the time during the week, for various reasons, to see a doctor. We are also aware of how traffic in Houston can factor into anyone's availability. With these things in mind, Winds of Change is offering Saturday consultations with Dr. Sumpter on select dates and by appointment. These appointments will require a $150 non-refundable deposit. The deposit will be taken at the time of scheduling. That $150 will be applied to any treatment or procedure you decide to have with us. Please inquire if you have any questions.

FREE surgery consultation availability with Dr. Sumpter is on Monday afternoons, Tuesday mornings, Wednesday afternoons and Thursday mornings and afternoons. Consultations with registered nurse Abby Loner regarding cosmetic injectables (Botox and fillers) are available on Tuesdays and occassionally on alternate days per her schedule. Skin care consultations with Tasha Picciarelli are available Mondays through Thursdays by appointment, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

We believe strongly in the importance of the consultation. Beyond first impressions, it is the best opportunity for each individual to get the best information we can provide as it applies specifically to him or her.

At Winds of Change, the consultation is one-on-one directly with the provider who will be performing your treatment, procedure or creating a skin care product regimine. So for surgery consultations, it will be with Dr. Sumpter. For Botox and other cosmetic fillers or injectables, it will normally be with our registered nurse, Abby. For skin care treatments and products, it will primarily be with our paramedical aesthetician Tasha. We feel this is the best way to give you the information you are seeking. It also allows you to get to know our staff and discuss all the details you are interested in. We do not set time limits on consultations and they can last 45 minutes on occasion. What is important is that we do our best to answer every question you have so that you can make the decision(s) that is best for you.

Our consultations during the work week are free of charge for elective procedures or treatments. For patients interested in seeking insurance assistance or appealing to an insurance company to cover a procedure, we are required to take the specialists copay. We are out of network with most insurance plans. Knowing your own personal policy will help determine what is possible. We have found in most cases, insurance companies will not cover most of these procedures.

Offering free consultations is the best way for us to show you that we appreciate your time and thank you for considering us for your procedure, treatment or product advisor.
